• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • The complete unboxing process

    • The visible damage to the product

• The video must be shared with us via email or WhatsApp for verification.

 Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or damage claim.

After verification, our team will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
